I have always loved honey ever since I was growing up and have been aware of how good it is for you as I always keep some on hand in the pantry.

I sometimes use it at breakfast where I put some honey on toast but I also find it very helpful if I have a cough or a sore throat.

It does have some amazing medicinal qualities and I’m not surprised that it can help to heal wounds and burns but I wasn’t aware that it was a probiotic which is good to know.

Adrian, a lot of people don’t know of benefits using honey every day. Just eating one teaspoon in the morning and in the evening is enough to energize our body and helps to provide a protective barrier to prevent infection.
      Thank you for comment!
