    Ultimately, we are all individuals and very dynamic in terms of our metabolism, so what works for one person may not always work for others, and what works for me today may not work for me next year. But I agree that high-quality real foods, a low-stress lifestyle, excellent hydration and regular healthy exercise are pillars for all of us.

    I learned a lot from this, because I always skip breakfast and drink less water but always want to loose weight.

      Dear Syntich, now you know exactly what to change. My extra advice is to drink a glass of water with low-fat lemon and honey before breakfast. I also have been avoiding breakfast for years, but when I was compelled to drink lemonade with honey and after that, I had breakfast, within a month I could notice a drastic speed up of metabolism. I felt a lot of freshness and energy, and I also lost weight.
