I have a dry skin and looking forward to try that honey and coconut oil combo. How long should I have that mixture on my skin? Do you recommend it while showering? Or I can have it on while watching TV? Thanks!
Hi!
The combination of honey and coconut oil keeps the face 10 to 15 minutes. Excellent for dry skin! For the real effect of this face mask is required to put at least every 2 weeks, and ideally about a month. In some cases it’s going to face a second, third or fourth day starts to react. It may appear mild redness or pimples may occur. Do not let this worry, this is a solid process of cleansing the skin and the outbreak of the impurities that are under the skin.

A lot of information on coconut and honey that I was never aware of. I used to consume coconut oil softgels, until I realized that their contents were mostly filler. After reading this information I might have to reincorporate more coconut into my diet, just not in softgels. Keep up the good work eith the different recipe tips!
Hey Jelena,
I love honey and have just discovered coconut oil and am loving it so am always on the look out for new recipes. I cannot wait to try the spread!! looks amazing!! Do you keep the spread in the fridge once you’ve made it?
I never even knew about using either on your skin. I think my wife will be very interested to hear about this one!!
Thanks
The Berry Smoothie is best done in the amount that you will consume immediately. After standing in the refrigerator could lose some of the nutritional properties and taste. You can keep just enough to cool. When the weather is warm, a chilled smoothie is a great treat.
Coconut oil is my favourite, I keep a jar of it in the kitchen for eating and a jar in the bathroom for slathering all over me. It’s such a versatile part of nature, but I had no idea about mixing it with honey. I’m definitely going to try your toast spread, but I don’t have a food processor for mixing. Do you think it would be ok to heat the ingredients to mix them, then use the spread after it has cooled?
Hello Shirley,
can warm food goods. Excessive heat can destroy beneficial ingredients they contain.
Please let me know your impressions!
