      Dear Mary, please come in a couple of weeks to share your impressions. I personally drink lemonade with honey every morning. I feel great. I have a stable pressure, much more energy, and I have taken some weight.

      Hi, LeeAnn. My father also had high cholesterol, and he is the first person in the family who began to use it regularly. For two years he has taken a spoon of honey in the morning and in the evening and now his health is great. It has normal pressure and a good level of cholesterol.

    I have been told by the doctor that I have slightly high cholesterol. I’m only in my 20s and I am at the lowest end of the “normal” weight for my height. I guess weight is not a factor in this. My mum also has high cholesterol so I might have got it from her. Either way, it’s really informative to know that honey could lower cholesterol, I actually didn’t know this!

      Dear Joyo, I sincerely advise you to drink every morning and evening a glass of water with leached lemon and a spoon of honey. Use a month or two and see big changes. Feel free to reply, I would like to hear the results!
