Natural Honey, Raw Honey, Pure Honey
There is a reason why all of these three labels are different, which often confuses consumers.
Natural Honey
Natural honey is the best known as a commercial honey, a natural sweetener used by the most population.
People are often confused with this marks, but main differents between these products are in the way of producing and placement to a market.
Natural honey can be marked or not as an organic one, according to the responsible organizations in different countries.
Natural honey is provided from bees and in the same condition put out for consuming. If some synthetic additions are used in producing this type of honey, it wouldn’t be marked as natural.
Some producers add water, glucose, dextrose, sugar syrup, flour and pasteurize original substance, which can not be natural or organic.
In begin, it is a real natural substance. If farmers collect and provide it further to the consumers by keeping the same shape and value, we can say for that one that is natural.
Raw Honey
Raw honey is the most natural liquid that bees produce from the concentrated nectar of flowers. Different from classic natural honey, this one is always unpasteurized and placed in the same condition to a consumer. That is why he is called raw, which means also fresh and originally from nature, without any additional substances.
The appearance of this product is original, too. It looks much cloudier than natural honey, still with small flecks inside made by honeybees, which indicates to an unfiltered, raw product.
Pure Honey
Pure honey is also a natural substance made by bees who had been fed only with organically grown flowers. It has to be produced in quite organic and natural environment, usually in the rural area where those flowers couldn’t be attacked from air or chemical pollutions. Those are extremely clean areas, with fresh air and organic way of life.
Pure honey does not contain water or another substance that ruins his original taste. This type of honey should be unpasteurized or unfiltered. Pure honey is often called a real honey, marked as completely organic and natural product.
Raw and pure honey are more organic than classic natural honey. When honey contains sugar, the mass is sticky between fingers, but the real one shouldn’t be sticky. Also, often cooling or heating the mass could damage the taste of pure honey. In the other hand, when sugar is added to honey, it will keep the same taste.
For their distribution, there is a similar process of collecting from farmers and placing it on the market.
Honey is produced by professionals who will know how to handle with bees and the fresh honey, that will be collected from bees, and with care, in special conditions of producing and delivered to the retailers. Of course, none of the other substances can’t be added to original mass in order to keep the same taste and be fresh.
These kinds of honey are highly recommended from experts. They are the only beneficial for individual who wants to use all the gains of this product.
