    That was a very interesting read. I know that in my own cooking I use Extra Virgin. But I didnt know that process was what classified it as such.

    I was fortunate to live in Spain for a few years and they use olive oil in almost all of their cooking. I was able to learn quite a bit about the differences in the different versions of it.

      It’s great when you live in Spain or Greece, where you can buy extra virgin olive oil directly from the families that produce it. I am lucky to have friends in Thessaloniki (Greece) who get 100% extra virgin olive oil every year. I hope you like Spanish cuisine.

    Great read. My daughter was having some skin issues a few years back and the dermatologist suggested olive oil. Lol. It worked and i use it as a hair conditioner too. Thx for this. Article.

      O yes. Olive oil is excellent for both hair and skin. You can freely use it as a conditioner, especially for dry hair. In summer, many girls use olive oil to get a nice tan.
